The village of Larniano Includes several old farmhouses divided into private apartments, following a careful restoration. Their location in the heart of the Tuscan countryside together with charming vintage furnishings and their proximity to excellent tourist destinations make a stay in these apartment a magical experience.

Guests can use the swimming pool if they book the entire village, which is otherwise privately reserved for the Leccio farmhouse.

Il Leccio is an ancient independent farmhouse, situated on two levels. On the ground floor one can find the living room and the dining room, a fitted kitchen as well as a double bedroom with a bathroom. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with tub.

La Quercia is located on the ground floor of a former farmhouse. The large glass entrance leads to the dining room, the living room and the kitchen. There are also three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower, one of which equipped for the disabled. Each bedroom can host an extra single bed.

Il Cipresso is situated on the first floor of an old farmhouse and is provided with a furnished porch. The living area includes a living/dining room with a large fireplace and a fitted kitchen. The sleeping area features two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with a shower, as well as a double bedroom with separate beds and a bathroom with shower. Two rooms can host a third single bed.
