Our villas are ancient medieval and renaissance buildings, typical Tuscan farmhouses completely restored with a profound respect for original materials and comfortably furnished in the style of elegant country residences. They are located in the hills covered with vineyards and olive groves in the immediate vicinity of San Gimignano, where Tuscany's nature is most pure.

Villa Virginia

Built around an ancient Lombard watchtower, immersed in hills covered with vineyards and olive groves, Villa Virginia is a large XV Century farmhouse completely renovated in total respect of vintage materials and in harmony with the surrounding landscape. Comfortably furnished in contemporary style, is equipped with all modern comforts.

On the ground floor, you'll find the well-equipped kitchen, the billiard room, the spacious living room with arched ceilings, the dining room, and a double bedroom with a private bathroom. On the first floor, accessible via an internal staircase or directly from the garden by climbing a flight of stairs, there's a cozy sitting room with a beautiful fireplace, 5 double bedrooms, and one twin bedroom, each with its private bathroom. Finally, by climbing a second flight of stairs, you reach the tower, equipped with a mini-gym and a relaxation room. On the ground floor of the tower, there's a spa with a sauna and jacuzzi.

From the kitchen, as well as from every room on the ground floor, you have direct access to the courtyard and the gazebo equipped for outdoor meals. In the garden, guests have exclusive access to a private swimming pool and a tennis court.

Villa Il Caggio

Caggio is a beautiful farmhouse situated in a splendid panoramic position inside a 400-hectare cultivated are with vineyards and olive groves in the immediate vicinity of San Gimignano.

Caggio consists of a main house and an outbuilding.

The main house comprises a large living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a fitted kitchen, one studio, a double room with separate beds, a bathroom with shower as well as an outside terrace. On the first floor you will find a living room, three double bedrooms with bathrooms with shower, two double room with separate beds with a private bathroom with shower. One of the rooms can fit an extra bed. The outbuilding consists of, on the ground floor, a living / dining room with kitchenette and a toilet and on the first floor, a bedroom with a double bed and single bed and a bathroom with shower.

The Villa guests have their own large outdoor space. A panoramic terrace with a large gazebo stands in total silence and is ideal to consume meals. There is also a beautiful garden and a large swimming pool. The property also features an external annex with a small kitchenette and a double bedroom with a bathroom.

Villa Santa Margherita

Villa Santa Margherita is an old agricultural farmhouse lovingly restored respectfully to the original materials and style. It is located on the hill West of San Gimignano, surrounded by tranquil vineyards and olive groves but just three Kilometers from the city center.

The villa is on two floors and is composed, on the lower level, of a large dining room and kitchen and, on the upper floor, of three double bedrooms and three bathrooms. The guests also have eclusive access to a large covered terrace, a smaller one and a swimming pool.
